We found the room to be small and quiet, with a fridge, kettle, dishes, and a hairdryer. The toilet and shower were outside the room, but they were always available. The staff responded very quickly and always gave prompt answers, and the location was close to the center, with a public bathhouse, shops, and a market nearby.
