Each passenger must carry a valid travel document.
Viking Line cannot be held liable and unfortunately, cannot reimburse costs if a passenger misses a voyage due to incorrectly completed documents.

For group travellings:
- The group must consist of a minimum of 10 adult passengers with one booking and a joint ticket
- The minimum age limit is 16 years
- Youth groups (under valid minimum age limit) are welcome on board on a journey organized by a school, sports club or other registered organization
- The group must be accompanied by a leader with a verifiable connection to the group, for example, a teacher, parent or the leader of the association
- A minimum of one leader per every 10 participants is required
- The leader of the youth group must be at least 30 years.
Exception: a teacher/leader of the association under the age of 30 is accepted as a leader when travelling with their own school class/team
